Carrier Group 230 trucks (110 vans, 120 flatbeds) and a top-notch Safety and Recruiting Department to use and sign-on trucks based on our customers unique needs. Our Carrier Group is just that....a carrier. We run trucks for specific customers as well as throughout the GT Logistics freight network. Our driver turnover is less than 20% so we have a highly dedicated and experienced group of drivers to handle your freight. If you are a customer that requires committed capacity or have a consistently difficult lane, this is your service offering.
Logistics Group Over 20,000 prequalified contract carriers that are continuously monitored with our world-class technology to ensure the highest level of quality and performance. We continuously monitor insurance levels, safety ratings, out-of-service levels, and key performance metrics of all our carriers. We treat them just like we treat our own trucks. We view this as a distinct advantage over a pure broker or 3PL since we know what to look for in a high quality carrier. Our shippers experience no drop off in service or professionalism from our "company" drivers when we use a contracted carrier partner. In fact, in most cases, these "contracted" carriers run exclusively for GT Logistics but still want to maintain their own operating authority. The Logistics Group has access to all Carrier Group trucks and works closely with them in securing capacity for our customers. Between the two groups, there is virtually no load we can not move....from LTL, van, flat, reefer, and heavy-haul, GT Logistics is very much a carrier at heart with all of the technology and experience to be a great logistics provider as well.
